Whiteboard

A hand-drawn style board in better-vault for your own diagrams, or for drawing over a mind map, Anatomy figure or infographic. It needs no model and no sources.

The Whiteboard is a blank board with shapes, arrows, a pen, text and pictures, drawn in a hand-drawn style. It needs no model and no sources, and opens at once from Create.

The board fills the Studio tab and saves your edits as you go. Its colours follow light and dark mode. Open Keyboard shortcuts on the board to see them all; ⌘ is Ctrl on Windows and Linux.

Annotate a figure

Choose Annotate on a mind map, Anatomy figure or infographic to open it on a new board, then draw over it.

Download

Download the board as PNG, SVG or a board file (.json).

Anatomy

Anatomy draws an interactive isometric figure of a real object whose working explains your sources: point at a part, step through it, or take it apart.
